The process file regpowerclean.exe is a creation of Capital Intellect under the ownership of the Winferno Registry Power Cleaner software. The Winferno Registry Power Cleaner process file is located in the “C:\Program Files” folder. It has a file size of 5,980,160 bytes on Windows 7 and XP. This process does not have a window display visible to the user. It is also a process that can automatically run during the startup process of Windows.
