The Winferno Registry Power Cleaner process file is located in the “C:\Program Files” folder. It has a file size of 5,980,160 bytes on Windows 7 and XP. This process does not have a window display visible to the user. It is also a process that can automatically run during the startup process of Windows. The Winferno Registry Power Cleaner software associated to this process is used to analyse a computer’s registry. This software goes through the first stage of cleaning up the registry by first checking which registry files are to be deleted and which should be kept. Unlike other registry cleaner, this registry cleaner software does not exaggerate its cleaning process. Exaggerated cleaning process means a registry cleaner tends to remove everything from the registry just because it’s been there for a long time and it assumes that it may not be useful anymore to the user.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. regpowerclean.exe. is used by Winferno Registry Power Cleaner, If you shut down regpowerclean.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
