The regcleanpro.exe file is an executable process integrated as one of the system drivers, program files and modular DLL components that are needed by the RegClean Pro software, which is a program classified as a system optimization tool for Microsoft Windows platforms that was designed by Systweak with a set of features for detecting and removing invalid and corrupted keys or entries in the Windows System Registry to optimize the system. The regcleanpro.exe process is specifically implemented as the executable program dispatcher file of the RegClean Pro software, which means the regcleanpro.exe process can be activated in order to launch the RegClean Pro application and load its functions into the system. The regcleanpro.exe process is included in the installer distribution packages of the RegClean Pro software, which also means the regcleanpro.exe process is installed in the system together with the RegClean Pro application along with this software's other program files, system drivers and modular components.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. regcleanpro.exe. is used by RegClean Pro, If you shut down regcleanpro.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop regcleanpro.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is RegClean Pro, from your system.
