Octoshape Streaming Services is executed on the computer via the file octoshapeclient.exe. The file’s process description is “Main program for Octoshape client.” Usually, the file is installed on the PC when the user is trying to view a live stream via the Internet, and is prompted to download an associate program, in this case, Octoshape Streaming Services, to enable viewing of the live stream. This is not a core system file hence; the user may safely disable it without causing system files to crash. The software is licensed under a company known as Octoshape ApS. The user may find the file in C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Octoshape\Octoshape Streaming Services\octoshapeclient.exe. The most common issue reported by users is that the file appears to consume large amounts of bandwidth, slowing down Internet connection speed and basically disrupting the user’s browsing activities.
