The executable file ncpbudgt.exe is identified as part of the Call Control Manager which is manufactured by NCP. The Call Control Manager is used as a secure VPN (Virtual Private Network) client that is used for online telecommunication. The Software eliminates the complicated process for the user. It converts all internet entry points into mulitple secure remote access start points. The program will anage all the requirements, including but not limited to firewall settings, connection protocols and device compatiblity. As a VPN client, users can connect to the server headquarters from any remote point. It can also enable seamless roaming for devices that can remain online. The developer also releases consistent updates, which the user can easily apply. Another useful feature is its ability to detect and determine safe wi-fi hotspots if needed.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ncpbudgt.exe. is used by Call Control Manager from NCP, If you shut down ncpbudgt.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop ncpbudgt.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Call Control Manager from NCP, from your system.
