The executable file nclbcbtsrv.exe is the device launcher for Broadcom Bluetooth Media Server. This is component used by Nokia, and is created by PC Connectivity Solution. Broadcom is known as the company that supplies Bluetooth chips and devices. This device is the chip that enables bluetooth connectivity. Bluetooth is a wireless connection function that can enable a device to connect with another bluetooth enabled device within a certain distance. It operates using short wavelength radio transmissions. Bluetooth can be turned on and off, and it asks the user for permission to connect on the devices it locates. This is a very useful security feature that separates it from other applications. Bluetooth was initially used for connecting bluetooth headsets to music players, saving the user from the inconvenience of wires. It has been applied for device file transfers and also to car media systems, allowing them to play media from any Bluetooth device.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. nclbcbtsrv.exe. is used by  Broadcomm Bluetooth Media Server for Nokia, If you shut down nclbcbtsrv.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop nclbcbtsrv.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is  Broadcomm Bluetooth Media Server for Nokia, from your system.
