What is  mysqld-nt.exe

The process installed through the file mysqld-nt.exe is a MySQL Server Daemon. It is an important background process because it provides access to MySQL Server. The daemon responds to queries directed towards the server, and more importantly, it enables the server to actually run on your machine. Disabling or uninstalling the process will not allow MySQL server to function. The file can be installed directly on the computer, without the need for third-party software; or it may also be installed as part of an installer or software for another program. You can find the file in its default path: C:\MySQL\Bin\ mysqld-nt.exe. User can invoke mysqld-nt.exe through several command lines, to enable the server to perform functions requested by the user; such as server data being directed towards a specific client, specifying directory for execution of all commands upon startup, directing the server to monitor end-user connections to an allotted port number, and writing binary logs to a specific file name.
