The msgsrv32.exe process is integrated into the system during the installation process of Microsoft Windows, which also means the msgsrv32.exe file is included as one of the resource files and libraries packaged into the installer distributions of 32-bit Windows OS versions. The msgsrv32.exe process automatically initiates during system startup and continues to run in the system as a background process.
