Called as CAUSA NDIS version 5.0 MPR Protocol Driver, or MREMP50 NDIS Protocol Driver, as its service name, the process called mremp50.sys, which is a type of a driver file, and is a component of the software PCAUSA Rawether for Windows, or MREMP50 NDIS Protocol Driver, or BT Wireless Connection Manager, which is developed by Printing Communications Assoc., Inc., or otherwise known as PCAUSA. When the program is successfully installed onto the computer, the mremp50.sys file is also added onto the system, where it is registered into a Windows registry, and into a Windows Task Scheduler, with a run identifier and an execution command, then stored on a folder location, usually in C:\Program Files, or C:\Documents and Settings, then automatically start to run in the background. This file is compatible with versions of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, which include later ones, such as Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, and Windows Vista.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. mremp50.sys. is used by PCAUSA Rawether for Windows or MREMP50 NDIS Protocol Driver or BT Wireless Connection Manager, If you shut down mremp50.sys, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop mremp50.sys, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is PCAUSA Rawether for Windows or MREMP50 NDIS Protocol Driver or BT Wireless Connection Manager, from your system.
