It runs within the background of the Windows service, alongside running as a SYSTEM account. This file contains necessary privileges on a user’s local computer system, and then acts as the computer on the network. This process is considered to be especially useful for the computer system. This file can be executed directly, though there may be the potential that it may cause some errors, depending on how the process is executed.
