The izarccm.dll process is a modular DLL (Dynamic Link Library) file that is used and referenced by the IZArc software, alongside other executable program and system files, certain SYS driver utilities, some modular system and application-specific DLL files, particular background and system process items among various components that are required by the IZArc application for implementing its embedded functionalities into the Windows-based system. The IZArc software is a Windows program classified as a file compression and decompression utility tool with a set of features for compressing archiving files and folders into archives stored in various compressed file formats and for decompressing archive files and folders in order to provide the user with access to the content of these compressed archives. The izarccm.dll module is placed in the system upon the successful installation of the IZArc software and is referenced by this application whenever the user requests for access to the compression and decompression functionalities that are integrated into the IZArc program.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. izarccm.dll. is used by IZArc, If you shut down izarccm.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop izarccm.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is IZArc, from your system.
