The file iasex.dll, known as Microsoft Security Services Management (ias), belongs to software Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Load (IAS) from Microsoft. The Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service is a secure inter-process communication mechanism that enables data exchange and invocation of functionality that resides in a different process. This program can be used to request a service from a program located in another computer in a network without having to understand network details. The client is the computer that accesses the resources of another process in the network while the server is the computer that provides the services and requirements. RPC provides authentication process that identifies the server and client to each other. It includes a slot for the authentication parameters on every remote procedure call so that the caller can identify itself to the server, while the client package generates and returns authentication parameters.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. iasex.dll. is used by Remote Procedure Call (RPC) load (IAS), If you shut down iasex.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop iasex.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Remote Procedure Call (RPC) load (IAS), from your system.
