The process hpoevm08.exe is also called as HP OfficeJet COM Event Manager. It is a component of the software HP Digital Imaging – HP All-In-One Series. The software has been created by Hewlett Packard (HP). The process hpoevm08.exe is associated with the HP printer software, so every time a user installs the HP OfficeJet printer, the process file gets executed along with the software. Hpoevm08.exe is the background HP Image Editor function which is installed by the drivers for the HP OfficeJet and HP PSC 2100 and 2200 series of multifunction printers. This process file has a size of 286,720 bytes, using a lot of memory and system resources. There are users who claim that they experience a slowdown of the system of their computers once the software has been installed. However, HP has developed another process file, hpqvwr08.exe, which can cure this problem. It can be installed in affected computer upon discovering the slowdown.
