This process relates to malware Agent.CTFK , which belongs to the family Trojan:Win32/Agent that is a generic detection for Trojans the perform different malicious functions. This Trojan usually installs in Windows or Windows systems folders, then modifies the registry to run this file at each system start. The members of this variant exhibit highly variable payloads, and could include any or all behaviors such as manipulation of certain Windows or third party applications including settings and configurations, and redirecting the Web traffic to preferred sites. The generic Trojan:Win32/Agent can also drop and install additional malicious programs or download and install additional malware applications. The Trojans;Win32/Agent.ctfk is known to slow down computers by occupying system resources and frequently popup advertising messages that interrupt the computer user in his normal activities.
