FlipViewer is software that allows the user to view documents such as Web pages, manuals, catalogs, albums, and manuals that are collectively called FlipBooks, which are created using FlipPublisher, FlipAlbum, or any other product that creates OEB Package Format files (OPF). This application is ideal for presenting digital materials online or offline, and works for both computer and mobiles that support external and internal hyperlinks. the FlipBooks are search engine compatible and can be uploaded and hosted on any Web server. Based on the book concept, FlipViewer is not like conventional Web browsers since the downloaded pages are organized into a book form. Every page of the book can be accessed with a click, and while reading the current page, the next few pages are streamed into the PC. FlipViewer is compatible with all FlipBooks containing JPG, PNG, HTML, GIF, MP3, WAV, and PGF files.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. fvbho140.dll. is used by FlipViewer, If you shut down fvbho140.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
