The fspex.exe file is a process used by the application F-Secure Internet Security developed by F-Secure Corporation. This process functions as a downloader for the application. It detects and downloads available updates for the program. It enables the program to identify all malicious applications that can possibly infect the system. It connects to the Internet or LAN using available ports. It is not a system process on Windows. It is recommended to let fspex.exe process run upon startup.
