There is no visible window for this process. It runs when you boot Windows. The registry key for this process is HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders. You can access the program File-Ex on the Windows Control Panel. File-Ex enhances the File Save and File Open dialogs for most Windows applications. It helps save time searching for files through the “recently used” and “favorite” folders and files.
