What is  exp.exe

The exp.exe process is an instance of an executable or EXE file, and is a part of the software product labeled as Explorer, which is developed by CAMPIONE INFORMATICA. When the program that houses the file is downloaded, the exp.exe is installed, stored on a file folder, usually located in C:\Program Files, if not in C:\Documents and Settings, or C:\Windows, and registered into the Windows registry. It is essential that the exp.exe file continuously run in the background, which means it must not be stopped or terminated, except if it causes problems or errors that affect the performance of the computer system. As a Windows file, exp.exe is a module that runs in most versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems,like Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows NT, and Windows ME.
