Known by the service name EvMgrC, the process evmgrc.exe is a type of an executable file, and is a component of the program CommVault Systems QiNetix, or QiNetix, which is developed by CommVault Systems. QiNetix is a type of business software that is able to provide a set of storage management tools, which are used to help a computer user move and manage any critical data. This application also allows a user to store data, as well as to backup or retrieve them. This file is processed when the software is installed onto the computer, laptop, or notebook, and starts to launch, provides its function, and run in the background. Other than that, it stores itself on a folder location, usually in C:\Program Files or C:\Documents and Settings, and registers into the Windows registry. Like other modules, evmgrc.exe is a file that works on most versions of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, which include Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, and Windows Vista.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. evmgrc.exe. is used by CommVault Systems QiNetix, If you shut down evmgrc.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop evmgrc.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is CommVault Systems QiNetix, from your system.
