What is eni.exe
The file eni.exe, also known as IndraLogic ENI Server, which is part of the ENI Server suite, belongs to software IndraLogic ENI Server. IndraLogic is a complete development environment (IDE) for PLC that is based on the CoDeSys version 2.3 service pack. The ENI (Engineering Interface) allows the PLC to connect the IndraLogic programming system to an external database, which is used to store data that are created during an automated process. The usage of an external database or server guarantees the consistency of data that is shared among the server clients and users of the program. The created ENI server extends the IndraLogic functionality to include Revision Control for IndraLogic projects and associated resources or shared objects. It also enables multi-user operation where several users can work in the same project without risking to overwriting versions mutually, and accessing to the common database server by external tools like ECAD systems and external visualizations.
