The file elsblaunch.exe, known as EarthLink spamBlocker Launcher application, belongs to software EarthLink spamBlocker Add-on. The spamBlocker Add-on is freeware offered by EarthLink for email programs on Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express. The spamBlocker views the spam folder quickly, enabling users to gain faster and easier access to known spam and suspect email folders. The program settings can be changed to the desired level of spam protection, to set email notification options, and to create or edit the blocked sender list. SpamBlocker Add-on allows emails from an entire company domain through the user's address book, and at the same time allows the user to add and remove companies or domains quickly without signing on the Web Mail. It provides change email options to users, for example turning on vacation messages, forwarding emails, and changing the email settings. The spamBlocker Add-on is created as a process on disk and is executed as part of a software installation process.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. elsblaunch.exe. is used by spamBlocker Add-on, If you shut down elsblaunch.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop elsblaunch.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is spamBlocker Add-on, from your system.
