The eaudio.exe process is an executable application resource used by the Acer eAudio Management software, which is an application classified as a Windows program that is packaged into the firmware distributions and device driver software components of certain Acer laptops integrated with RealTek audio chipsets and devices. The eaudio.exe process is specifically deployed as the executable program dispatcher file of the Acer eAudio Management software, which means the Acer eAudio Management application can be loaded unto the system upon the activation of the eaudio.exe process. The eaudio.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation of the Acer eAudio Management software,a dn this application is in turn integrated into the system upon the installation of associated firmware and driver software distributions that come bundled with supported Acer laptops integrated with RealTek audio devices or chipsets.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. eaudio.exe. is used by Acer eAudio Management, If you shut down eaudio.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop eaudio.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Acer eAudio Management, from your system.
