The e_dppe03.exe process is an executable application resource component that is used by the Epson Color Printing System module, which is an applet built into the firmware distributions and driver software packages of certain Epson printing device models. The e_dppe03.exe file is specifically deployed by the Epson Color Printing System module as the main executable component of the Epson Preview EXE process, which is used by the Epson Color Printing System module to implement user preview functionalities into the associated Epson firmware and driver software resources of the supported Epson printer. Upon the installation and configuration of these driver software and firmware distributions, the e_dppe03.exe file is placed in the system alongside other EXE program files, certain SYS driver utilities, some DLL (Dynamic Link Library) modules, particular system and background process items among other components that are used and referenced by the device driver software components and firmware distributions of associated Epson printing machines.
