The dwrcs.exe process is also known DameWare Mini Remote Control Client Agent Service. This process is a part of the DameWare remote control utilities that allow the computer to take control of another computer somewhere along the network either internally or externally using the Internet. It is a software that needs to be operated on the target computer before it can be remote controlled by another computer. There may be a lot of cases in which the service is running on a computer without the user’s awareness, though it is there due to a network administrator purposely installing the DameWare remote control software to enable the PC to be controlled for support purposes. This process is considered to be essential by users because it proves its convenience in many instances that a computer needs support from another computer. It is considered to be secure by users and the process should not be terminated.
