The process named dvdplay.exe is an instance of an executable or EXE file, which is bundled in a variety of software products ANNO 1602, Outerinfo, LexiROM, EasyDVD from Lukas-Hakos.com (which EasyDVD Player is the service name of the file), and DVD Play. All of these programs are a type of a computer peripheral application that is related to the streaming or playing of DVDs and CDs. Regardless of the software installed that bundles the file, dvdplay.exe needs to remain stored and continuously running in the background. Also, dvdplay.exe is a Windows file, which basically runs in versions of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, also commonly known as Windows operating systems, or simply Windows OS, which include new and popular versions, such as Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows NT, and Windows ME, which are developed by Microsoft Corporation.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. dvdplay.exe. is used by ANNO 1602 or Outerinfo or LexiROM or EasyDVD or DVD Play, If you shut down dvdplay.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop dvdplay.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is ANNO 1602 or Outerinfo or LexiROM or EasyDVD or DVD Play, from your system.
