The executable process dvdfab.exe is a process that comes along with the software DVDFab fromFengtao Software Inc. DVDFab is an application that allows users to copy, convert and burn video files into DVDs. It can allow DVDs to be played in the computer. With this process, Blu-ray copies of a video file can be burned into a DVD to be used with a DVD player. Dvdfab.exe is the one responsible for pulling up the window for the application and running DVDFab at startup if prompted by the user. This file is located within the Program Files folder of the local hard drive directory and occupies 2.5 MB to 4.5 MB of disc space. Dvdfab.exe is not a windows core file and may be disabled without harming the computer. In order to remove this file, the whole application can be uninstalled by the using the computer control panel.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. dvdfab.exe. is used by DVDFab, If you shut down dvdfab.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop dvdfab.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is DVDFab, from your system.
