The executable process file dlsdbnt.exe (version 1.100.611.20) is identified as Status Database for (version x64) or Status Database that is part of the software Dell Status Monitor Service as developed by the company, Dell Incorporated. The process file is lodged together with Dell Color Laser Printers that renders additional configuration options for these devices. The process file is found to be running in the Task Manager as the process dlsdbnt.exe that is found to be located in Program Files\dellprinters\additonal Color Laser Software\Status Monitor\DLSDBNT.EXE folder. The process file has a memory file size in Windows 7/XP of 135,1686 bytes (75% of all occurrences), 191,896 bytes or 140,184 bytes which is regarded as not CPU intensive. The process file is not considered as a Windows system file and neither does it project a visible window. The process file has a certificate that has been signed by Dell Incorporated and issued by Verisign Time Stamping Services Signer-G2. It has a function to be able to record inputs.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. dlsdbnt.exe. is used by Status Database, If you shut down dlsdbnt.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop dlsdbnt.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Status Database, from your system.
