Playhouse Disney Download Manager, also DIGStream Cache Manager, is the service name of the file digstream.exe, a type of an executable file, and a part of the program Playhouse Disney Download Manager, or DIGStream Cache Manager, or vitalsource KEY version 3, or LogicWorks, or Project Raptor, or Verizon FiOS Media Manager, or Able2Extract, which is developed by Walt Disney Internet Group. Playhouse Disney Download Manager is a software product that is considered a Disney Internet Group Streaming program, which is designed to be compatible with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, which include later versions, such as Windows 7, Windows XP, and Windows Vista. The digstream.exe file is a process that runs in the background, and when it does it starts to download TV programs and movies from Disney, as well as its subsidiaries, which include ABC, ESPN, and movies.com, depending on the request of the user upon subscription. This process is not recommended to terminate, so it processes its task in downloading shows and movies.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. digstream.exe. is used by Playhouse Disney Download Manager, If you shut down digstream.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
