Because it consists of debugging scripts that are primarily focused on Internet Information Services or IIS applications, as well as COM+ and related Microsoft technologies, web data access components, .NET framework, and Sharepoint, the Debug Diagnostic Tool software is certainly an important program on the Windows computer.
