The cybshell.dll file is a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) module distributed with the CyberScrub Privacy Suite software, which is a Windows program classified as a user privacy and data security tool with a set of features for implementing data erasure protocols that can allow users to completely delete files, folders, lists of visited websites, bookmarked Web pages, Web browser cache and auto complete details among other Internet-related information from their Windows-based computers. The data erasure processes integrated by the CyberScrub Privacy Suite are capable of deleting these pieces of information beyond recovery. The CyberScrub Privacy Suite software can also be used to deploy encryption algorithms and cryptographic protocols that can secure files, folders and Internet-related information against unauthorized access. The cybshell.dll module is specifically placed in the system upon the installation of the CyberScrub Privacy Suite software as its shell extension library, which is referenced by the CyberScrub Privacy Suite software to integrate its context menu items and control panel options into the Windows Explorer shell and into the UI (User Interface) of this user privacy and data security tool.
