The executable file custom.exe is a background process of the application PenPower Input Tool developed by Penpower Technology Ltd. The software PenPower Input Tool is a feature of touchscreen devices to recognize different method of input. This application makes possible writing on a touchscreen device as if writing on a paper. It recognizes handwriting of different languages such as Chinese and English. With the process custom.exe, the software is able to pull up the application's main window available for the user. The file custom.exe is located within the Program Files folder of the computer's local drive directory. It occupies a file space of 57 KB. This file is not a core component of Windows operating system; however, removing the file will make the PenPower Input Tool not to function properly. Because this file is a digitally signed file, it is not likely to cause any harm on the computer.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. custom.exe. is used by PenPower Input Tool, If you shut down custom.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop custom.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is PenPower Input Tool, from your system.
