The cpbrhelp.dll file is a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) module that is deployed into the system by the Cookie Pal software as one of its resource libraries. The Cookie Pal program is a Windows application classified as a legitimate Browser Helper Object (BHO) or Web browser plugin that was created by Kookaburra Software with a set of Internet cookie management and monitoring features. This means the Cookie Pal software can be integrated into Internet Explorer among other supported Web browsers, or into other Windows applications that process Internet cookies, such as Outlook, Outlook Express and Windows Media Player, in order to assist users in selecting websites and online applications that may insert Internet cookies into the system, and in blocking suspicious sites and Web programs from doing so. The cpbrhelp.dll module is specifically implemented into the Windows-based system by the Cookie Pal software as the CPBrHelp library, which is referenced by this application whenever the user accesses the help documentation materials from the menu options and items embedded into the UI (User Interface) of the Cookie Pal program within the supported Web browser or Windows application. The cpbrhelp.dll file is placed in the system upon the installation of the Cookie Pal software.
