Coh64.exe is used by the computer in opening and executing all Windows files which are required to run the software and applications that contain code, data and resources that are designed to load multiple programs all at the same time. COH, the original name for TruScan, stands for Confidence Online Heavy, and later called Proactive Threat Protection or a PTP program. Symantec's TruScan technology facilitates detection of unknown and known malware, analyzing the safe and the negative behaviors of program applications. COH integrates Symantec's sensors to warn users of emerging threats while providing threat advisories as well as online technical support.
