The clisvcl.exe file is an EXE application process of the Systems Management Server software, which is now called System Center Configuration Manager (as of this writing), and this software was developed by Microsoft for Windows-based client computers that are connected to local and remote business/enterprise networks. The clisvcl.exe process is specifically deployed as the executable program dispatcher file of the Systems Management Server 2.0 Client Service application, which is a small program built into the Systems Management Server software, and the clisvcl.exe file runs as a background process whenever the Systems Management Server software is actively being used by network administrators for monitoring and logging hardware device specifications and details of installed applications among other network resources, and for deploying network-wide settings, policies and software upgrades, patches and updates across the client and server computers of the Windows-based network. The clisvcl.exe file is placed in the Windows-based client system upon the installation, configuration and deployment of the Systems Management Server software into the network where the client computer is connected to.
