The cinemaproii.exe process is an executable file that is implemented into the system upon the installation of the Cinema Pro II software, which is a Windows program bundled with certain MSI laptops and mobile computing devices, particularly models that are equipped with THX-enabled audio output devices and Blue-Ray players. The Cinema Pro II software and the cinemaproii.exe process are included in the applications, firmware components and device driver software utilities that are packaged with these MSI mobile computers and laptop devices. The Cinema Pro II application is specifically deployed with these MSI computers in order to allow users to play audio and video content in Blue-Ray and THX audio quality. The cinemaproii.exe process is particularly integrated as the executable program dispatcher file of the Cinema Pro II software, which means users can load the Cinema Pro II application unto the system by activating the cinemaproii.exe file.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. cinemaproii.exe. is used by MSI Cinema Pro II, If you shut down cinemaproii.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
