The cfishlman.exe file is an EXE application process that is deployed into the system by the CFi ShellToys software, which is a Windows application designed by Cool Focus International with a set of functionalities for enhancing the context menu shell of Windows Explorer by extending its available menu options to more than 50 additional menu items, which include options for shredding and removing groups of files and folders in Windows Explorer. The cfishlman.exe process is specifically used by the CFi ShellToys software as the executable program dispatcher file of the CFi ShellToys Utility Manager application, which is a small program built into the CFi ShellToys software, and this application is responsible for integrating the control panel functionalities of the CFi ShellToys program into the Windows-based system. The cfishlman.exe process is bundled with the other component executables, various files in different file formats and resource libraries or modules that are packaged into the installer distributions of the CFi ShellToys software, which means the cfishlman.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation of the CFi ShellToys program.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. cfishlman.exe. is used by CFi ShellToys and CFi ShellToys Utility Manager Application, If you shut down cfishlman.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop cfishlman.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is CFi ShellToys and CFi ShellToys Utility Manager Application, from your system.
