The cdrpdacc.sys process is a system driver file integrated into the system upon the installation of the DVD X Copy software, which is a Windows program classified as a multimedia disk authoring tool developed by 321 Studios with a set of features for copying CDs and DVDs, creating disk images and for burning audio, data and video content unto writeable and rewriteable optical media like CDs and DVDs. The cdrpdacc.sys process is specifically deployed as the driver component file of the CD Device Access application, which is a small program built into the DVD X Rescue program. This software is bundled with the DVD X Copy program as a DVD content recovery application, and the cdrpdacc.sys process assists the CD Device Access application in integrating the CD/DVD device read and write functionalities of the DVD X Rescue program into the Windows-based system. The cdrpdacc.sys file is included as one of the component driver utilities, EXE application files, DLL (Dynamic Link Library) modules and various resource libraries among other files in different formats that are bundled into the installer distribution packages of the DVD X Copy software.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. cdrpdacc.sys. is used by DVD X Copy and DVD X Rescue and CD Device Access Application, If you shut down cdrpdacc.sys, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop cdrpdacc.sys, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is DVD X Copy and DVD X Rescue and CD Device Access Application, from your system.
