The file called brmfcmon.exe which is also known as the Status Monitor (Local) which typically belongs to the software called Bother Status Monitor Application that is made Literally by the Brother Industries. The file is located in the directory of the C:\Program Files and has the known file size of 69,632 bytes in the Hard Disk Drive, but the size may vary when used on different Operating System versions such as the Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. This is not a Windows core file and has no visible window that the user can manipulate the behavior of the process file. The user may have to uninstall the whole program which the process file is bundled with when installed. The file is not digitally signed by the author but that does not make it not belonging to the untrusted company of the Microsoft Corporation. Removing the file is not recommended for some hardware which is connected to the Personal Computer may cause malfunctions. However, the user may have the option to remove the software by the Add/ Remove program utility which is located in the Control Panel of the Microsoft Operation System.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. brmfcmon.exe. is used by Brother Status Monitor , If you shut down brmfcmon.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
