The bgsvc.exe file is the process called B’s Recorder GOLD Service that is used by B.H.A.B’s Recorder Gold8 created by B.H.A. This executable file is found in the C:\Program Files subfolder. Known sizes for this file include 122,512bytes and 81,920 bytes with 85% occurrence. There is no visible window for this program. This file has a digital signature by B.H.A. Corporation with certificate issued by VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer. You can access the program on Windows Control Panel. B’s Recorder Gold8 Basic offers functions to copy or create DVDs and CDs including data and audio discs. It includes rimFOLIO and TaskGate that are both standalone applications. rimFOLIO is a complete audio solution for users to organize and play music files, burn audio CDs, and to convert and rip audio files. TaskGate helps users decide which function they need before launching the program.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. bgsvc.exe. is used by B.H.A.B.’s Recorder GOLD8, If you shut down bgsvc.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop bgsvc.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is B.H.A.B.’s Recorder GOLD8, from your system.
