The batterymanager.exe file is the process called BatteryManager MFC that is used by Samsung Battery Manager. The executable file is in the subfolder C:\Program Files. Known sizes for the file include 3,153,408 bytes, 2,768,896 bytes and 2,764,800 bytes with 50% occurrence. This program uses an icon on the taskbar. It is a non-system process. It can record inputs. Samsung Battery Manager serves as a power management application to help extend the life of the battery with power saving settings and power management features. Samsung Battery Manager offers four default settings including Normal, Customized, Max Battery Life and Max Performance that allow you to switch quickly from one mode to another. Switching between different settings allows you to see the differences in the screen brightness, CPU speed and activation of display auto-dimming. Changes can be applied when screen is off, when unit is on standby, when the hard drive is off and when system hibernation is active.
