Most user reviews and anti-virus programs identify bad3.exe file as malware. The process loads when you start Windows. The registry key for this process is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. There is no digital signature for this file. The bad3.exe file automatically starts on the local machine of autorun registry entries. Malware or malicious software is a program that is created to steal information, gain access to the target computer without consent from the user or to interfere or cause harm to the computer operation. It can be in the form of scripts, code, another software or active content.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. bad3.exe. is used by Bad3.exe, If you shut down bad3.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
