Termed by the service name AVEOCapSTI, CVS:U2HGCV3P31048_STI or AveoSTI, Monitor Tool, the aveosti.exe process, which is a type of an executable or EXE file, is a component of the software product called as AveoSTI or AVEO USB2.0 PC Camera(U2HGCV3P31048), which is created by AVEO. The aveosti.exe file is downloaded onto the computer, wherein it is stored, particularly in a file folder location C:\Program Files, if not in C:\Windows or C:\Documents and Settings, registered into the Windows registry with a run identifier and an execution command. In addition, aveosti.exe is a Windows process, which means it is compatible with certain versions of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, or Windows operating systems, or Windows OS, which include Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows NT, and Windows ME, and are developed by Microsoft Corporation. Also, aveosti.exe must not be deleted, stopped or terminated, unless there is a problem that mainly affects the performance of the Windows computer system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. aveosti.exe. is used by AveoSTI or AVEO USB2.0 PC Camera(U2HGCV3P31048), If you shut down aveosti.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop aveosti.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is AveoSTI or AVEO USB2.0 PC Camera(U2HGCV3P31048), from your system.
