The process arking0.dll is a library file considered by most antivirus security programs as malware. The Kaspersky program identifies it as Trojan-GameThief.Win32.Magania.eesb or Trojan-GameThief.Win32.Magania.eeqq while Trend Micro identifies it as Mal_OLGM41 or TSPY_FRETHOG.AG. This type of malware is designed to steal user account information during online gaming. The stolen data is then transferred to the users controlling the Trojan, Emails, FTP, data web requests, or other means to be used in transmitting the data. The GameThief.Win32.Magania is a hazardous Trojan horse that is installed in the user PC without prior consent from the user or administrator. It steals user passwords, login details and other pertinent data stored in the user PC. It also slows computer performance by attacking Windows system processes, reduces available memory, and alters Internet settings. This malware can be removed manually by the user hence, it is recommended for immediate termination of the process upon identification.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. arking0.dll. is used by Trojan-GameThief.Win32.Magania.eesb, If you shut down arking0.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop arking0.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Trojan-GameThief.Win32.Magania.eesb, from your system.
