Aolsoftware.exe is installed whenever AOL Service Libraries or AOL Explorer is downloaded, as it is the universal driver for all AOL program applications. A program icon is placed on the system tray for easy access and control of the Internet status, or activate AOL standalone dialers. AOL is a company well-known as a leading information developer in the industry indexing and search engine technologies. All its program feature services are Internet-based and will work when the user is online, as the name itself stands for. Originally known with the name Personal Library Software, AOL Service Libraries’ developer, Matt Koll conceptualized the program in 1983. It was the very first commercial software product to be introduced by the Personal Libraries which had native language queries, concept searching, relevance ranking, and search by example.
