The file Aminit32.dll is a process which is known as Application Metering Init which is bundled in the software Altiris Inventory Solution for Windows. This file is usually located in the directory of C:\Windows\System32 which has the known file size of 86,016 bytes in the Hard Disk Drive (HDD). This size may vary on different versions of operating system and contains a function that other program calls in order to work. This file can monitor and as well as manipulate the behavior of the process in which this software is injected. This file process is not a Windows system file and does not belong to the trusted companies of Microsoft Windows Operating System. The user may have the option to remove the whole program by uninstalling the whole software namely Altiris Application Metering Agent. The removal may be done by the use of the Add/Remove program located in the Control Panel of the Microsoft Operating System.
