Conduit Community Alerts is the service name of the file process termed alert.dll, and also the term of the program that houses it, but also in VIA Audio Driver Setup Program, which is developed by Conduit Limited, and Adobe AIR by Adobe Systems Incorporated. Conduit Community Alerts, or alert.dll, is a process that is a part of the toolbar framework of Conduits products, either VIA Audio Driver Setup Program or Conduit Community Alerts software, and it is installed with a lot of rebranded Conduit toolbar versions. When the software is installed onto the Windows desktop computer, laptop, or notebook, alert.dll is downloaded too, registered into the Windows registry, stored on a folder location, and automatically run in the background after successful installation. It is recommended to keep this dynamic link library (DLL) file to remain stored and actively running on the system, to enable its function. In addition, this file process can disable the software if it is terminated or stopped.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. alert.dll. is used by Conduit Community Alerts or VIA Audio Driver Setup, If you shut down alert.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop alert.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Conduit Community Alerts or VIA Audio Driver Setup, from your system.
