However, compared to FileSite, DeskSite is more intuitive, it incorporates WorkSite document management utility into Microsoft Office functionalities. It has Streamlined Profiling Capabilities that classifies e-mail messages and documents that have metadata fields designed for specific organizational needs. Profile information is automatically copied from the folder without the need for manual data entry. It also features document relationships wherein links are established between appendices and documents like contract and cover letter.
