The web.dll process is a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) module integrated into the system upon the installation of the Perfect Keylogger software. This application is a Windows program classified as a remote monitoring tool developed by BlazingTools with a set of features for covertly monitoring Windows-based client and server computers. Through the Perfect Keylogger software, keyboard inputs and mouse clicks can be recorded and logged for quick and easy access by system and network administrators. The web.dll module is referenced by the Perfect Keylogger application while this program is actively running in the system, in order to implement its embedded functionalities into the Windows-based system. The web.dll module is included as one of the component libraries and files bundled into the installer distribution packages of the BlazingTools Perfect Keylogger software, which means the web.dll file is placed in the system upon the installation of the BlazingTools Perfect Keylogger software.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. web.dll. is used by BlazingTools Perfect Keylogger, If you shut down web.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop web.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is BlazingTools Perfect Keylogger, from your system.
