The test.exe file can be found in the software TuneUp Utilities. TuneUp Utilities offers a user the maintenance required by a computer to keep it running efficiently. The test.exe file makes it possible for the software to fix, tidy and optimize the performance of the computer. The software also consists of an interface which is direct and has a wide range of options to choose from. Test.exe launches several of the applications found in the software. The EXE file allows the software to function as a tool that enables the user to perform the tasks immediately and that provides him or her control over everything that software does. TuneUp Utilities follows a process which starts from analyzing the system and checking different performance metrics. Then it determines if there is a need to clean the Registry, remove broken shortcuts, tidy up Microsoft Windows, it programs, and the browser, and optimize how the system will startup and shutdown.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. test.exe. is used by TuneUp Utilities, If you shut down test.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop test.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is TuneUp Utilities, from your system.
