What is  logmeinsystray.exe

The logmeinsystray.exe file is a process that is associated with a remote control and remote administration software called RemotelyAnywhere. Otherwise known as logmein gui, the logmeinsystray.exe file provides access to the network administrator or host computer through different networks, such as the Internet, an intranet, and LAN. The host or administrator also has access to other connected clients’ systems, as long as a web browser, a terminal emulator, or a WAP-enabled phone is connected. Likewise, this file process allows other computer users or clients to get access of what is shared and allowed by the host computer or network administrator. Technically, this program sends data or listens for information through open ports to, either Internet or LAN connectivity, as well as records input. Although this process is not a core file of Windows, logmeinsystray.exe launches itself during the startup of the operating system, via Run entry, RunOnce entry, then RunServices entry or RunServicesOnce entry found in the registry.
