The lfkas.exe file is an executable application process implemented into the system by the Lenovo Utilities software, which is a suite of tools and programs bundled with the firmware components and driver software resources of certain Lenovo/IBM laptops. The lfkas.exe process assists these Lenovo Utilities applications and tools in integrating its embedded functionalities into the Windows-based systems of these associated Lenovo/IBM laptop computers. The Lenovo Utilities software also aids the firmware components and drivers of hardware devices that are connected to these Lenovo/IBM laptops, which also means the lfkas.exe process works with other component files and resource libraries of the Windows-based system and these hardware devices, in order to assist in the implementation of the embedded features of the motherboard components and connected devices that are packaged into these associated Lenovo laptop computers.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. lfkas.exe. is used by Lenovo Utilities, If you shut down lfkas.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop lfkas.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Lenovo Utilities, from your system.
